Exchange Policy

All purchases are subject to an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Full refunds are not available.

All purchases are final sale past the 14 day mark.

All pre order sales to be picked up in store start their 14 day return window when your item arrives and the order has been fulfilled. You will be notified through the email you entered during check out that your order is ready for you.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE (both online and in store)

Any returns over damages are subject to owners approval. Any damage from regular wear/tear or customer error will not be accepted. We are not liable for any damages caused by wear/tear (within reason)

Online returns are accepted and customers are required to pay postage back.
