Can I return my purchase?
All returns are for store credit or exchange only. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. It is stated on our site here, on our counter in store and on your receipt.
P.S. all pre order sales to be picked up in store start their 14 day return window when your item arrives and the order has been FULFILLED (NOT the day you pick it up) You will be notified through the email you entered during check out that your order is ready for you.
(You may take as long as you need to grab your items but please keep in mind the longer you take to come pick up, the shorter return window you have.)
Can I cancel an item I pre ordered?
Yes. You can cancel as long as it has not shipped to you yet.
How long do pre order items take to arrive?
Most pre order items arrive and will be shipped to you within a few days to a week. Each pre order item is dated with it's estimated arrival date in the description.
Can I hold items in store?
Yes. Most items can be held for the day. Items that sell quickly or are very popular may not be eligible to hold. Since we like to give each customer the opportunity to shop those styles, most may be first come, first serve.
I clicked free pick up when placing my order by accident, can I still have it shipped?
Any order to be shipped and has chose the local pick up option will be cancelled. We will reach out to the email provided at check out before cancelling any order.
You can also use Venmo (please DM or email for the info) or PayPal to send the shipping fee to us. If you have originally wanted to pick the item up but prefer it to be shipped, that is your best option. We do not store your credit card information, so we can't go back to your order and charge you a shipping fee ourselves.
I changed my mind on the size I ordered. Can I switch it?
Yes. If your order has not shipped, we can check if the item and size you need is still in stock. Please let us know as soon as you can since most sizes sell very quickly.
My package didn't arrive, what can I do?
Once the item is in the postal hands, we are not responsible for any orders getting lost or stolen during delivery. Please reach out and we can get in touch with the post office to help track it down. We ship all orders with the exact shipping address you provide at check out, so please be sure to double check your information before confirming.
Is everything in store online?
No, some items are in-store only while some items sell out quickly and don't make it onto the site.
Most jewelry and sale rack items do not make it onto the site.
What is your size range?
I mainly sell sizes XS-XL. Depending on the style/season, some of the size ranges vary and not all items are available in all sizes.
Who would you say is your target customer?
I sell clothing, jewelry and accessories that any women from 20's - 40's and on may like. My items may vary in styles from time to time but I try to stock a variety of styles to fit a broader age range.
If I buy something on sale/clearance, is it returnable?
No. All clearance and sale items bought in store are final. It is stated on our return policy on the counter and on your digital receipt. If something is a promotional sale (e.i. all dresses are 20% off this week) it can still be exchanged.
If I buy a resale or "closet sale" item, is it returnable?
No. All resale and closet sales are final.
I bought something and it's now on clearance, can I get a price adjustment?
Items are subject to price adjustments ONLY if the item was marked down within 14 days of your purchase. (this does not apply to weekly promotions or deal of the week discounts)
